Another two rape charges has been dismissed following a no case to answer submission lodged by his lawyer at the end of the prosecution case.
The rape incidents occurred between 2008 and 2012 at White River, West Honiara and Henderson in East Honiara.
Sentencing submissions and mitigation will be made in court on February 27.
